A Phenom Society initiative

Capital for Opportunity

Talent is everywhere.
Access isn't.

Helping young people build the financial knowledge, entrepreneurial skills, and confidence to create opportunity—for themselves and the communities around them.

01 The initiative

Developing the next generation of builders.

Canada is changing. The path to economic security is less predictable, technology is reshaping work, and more young people will need the ability to create opportunity—not only wait for it.

We want more young people to understand money, ownership, business, and value creation early—then carry that capability into their families and local communities.

04 Our role

Find good organizations. Bring our community behind them. Let the experts do the work.

Capital can build wealth. Access to knowledge, skills, and opportunity is where that journey begins.
