Money & ownership
Financial literacy, investing, assets, and cash flow.
A Phenom Society initiative
Capital for Opportunity
Helping young people build the financial knowledge, entrepreneurial skills, and confidence to create opportunity—for themselves and the communities around them.
01 The initiative
Canada is changing. The path to economic security is less predictable, technology is reshaping work, and more young people will need the ability to create opportunity—not only wait for it.
We want more young people to understand money, ownership, business, and value creation early—then carry that capability into their families and local communities.
02 What access looks like
Financial literacy, investing, assets, and cash flow.
Creating value, pricing, selling, and serving customers.
Communication, creativity, judgment, and resourcefulness in the age of AI.
Exposure to people, paths, and possibilities they can see themselves in.
03 Featured organization
We feature different organizations—all working to help young people become financially capable, entrepreneurial, and confident.
Registered Canadian charity · 709322408RR0001
Hands-on programs where young people learn entrepreneurship, financial literacy, leadership, pricing, and selling—then put those skills into practice.
Phenom Society may feature different organizations whose work aligns with this mission. Donations made through this page go directly to Young Bosses through CanadaHelps; Phenom Society does not operate its programs, collect the funds, or imply a formal partnership.
04 Our role
Capital can build wealth. Access to knowledge, skills, and opportunity is where that journey begins.
